Theme

“Connecting the Dots” (to Thrive Island) - helping individuals and teams see outside their D2D roles, get clarity on the bigger picture, and connect with each other to cultivate trust.

Shifts we want to see

1. Between each other: from cautious and polite to trusting and accountable
2. Within ourselves: from brick layers to cathedral builders

Behaviors to reinforce

1. Craft
2. One team
3. Customer-obsessed
4. Growth mindset
5. Say (and hear) the thing

Norms

• Show up to all sessions on time
• Represent the company with integrity and respect
• Be present at sessions (ie off phones)
• Get outside of your comfort zone
• Embrace the magic (have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously)
