Try this tomorrow: After your next observation, ask AI: "Based on what I observed, what are 2-3 coaching questions I could ask this teacher?" Then ask: "Find me specific resources or examples that could help them grow in [area of struggle]."
Try this tomorrow: Take something you're preparing—a presentation, meeting agenda, or proposal—and ask AI: "Respond to this as my most skeptical audience member. What will they push back on?" Then ask: "Who will this work for? Who might it miss?"
