What's Working: A Candid Conversation on New Teacher Mentorship

A lot of districts are running new teacher mentorship programs. Most are doing it without a range of experts and peers to compare notes with.

In this session, you'll hear from three leaders working at different levels of the system—district implementation, statewide coordination, and national research through Learning Forward Academy—about what's working in their mentorship programs and where they've had to course-correct. It's practical conversation about matching mentors, setting expectations that stick, training mentors who already have full plates, and proving impact when budgets are tight.
