Napa Valley's legacy evaluation platform worked like a file drawer: open it, do a little work, shut it. Director of PD Kate Gauger replaced it with KickUp and is building a connected system for teacher growth from induction through late career.

Paulding County Schools needed a professional learning system that could reach all 4,000+ employees—not just teachers. By implementing KickUp, the district unified professional learning management across every role, earned state induction certification, and created a feedback loop that actually drives decisions.

“Our ultimate goal is program improvement. We are here to solve problems and serve people.” By understanding when, how and where new-teacher mentors are spending their time, this Texas school district is creating an environment for both retention and growth.

Switching to KickUp helped North Carolina’s Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools streamline the entire professional learning process for teachers. Outdated systems were replaced by a user-friendly way to connect teachers with tailored professional development, integrated with classroom walkthrough and mentoring data. The results? A nearly 20%+ jump in new teacher retention, same-day state CEU credit, and a comprehensive view of educator growth.
